Scones ,是来自苏格兰,也被称为苏格兰人 quick bread .
口感呢,有酥饼香的感觉,可是咬下去是带松软的感觉。
第一次尝试做scones 的时候,烤太久了,结果吃起来有点像饼干一样。这次总算好看点也好吃多了。做法和步骤都超级容易的。

Ingredients :
260g plain flour
1tablespion white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
85g melted butter
180-240ml milk
Filling :
30g butter
70g brown sugar
3G ground cinnamon

1)in the large bowl , whisk together he flour ,sugar,baking powder&soda ,salt
2)add the melted butter and blend into flour mixture
3)add milk ,mix just until dough comes together
4) roll into rectangle , spread the sobered butter over the dough . Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over the butter
5) roll the dough to form a log .( do not roll too tightly )
6) put into oven 200c and bake 17-20Minutes

*全程用手搓就可以了
* 表面变浅褐色就可以拿出来了
*放入烤炉前,在烤盘上搽一层牛油
*可以按照自己的口味加入,比如我在面粉里加入了cheese
*如果里面不要放cinammon, 也可以搽上巧格力酱,放葡萄干等。
